Application
process

Document review

In the first stage, we will review your application, and get an impression of your skills and experience. After the document review, we get back to you with feedback in a timely manner.

Initial interview

In the second stage, you will have the first meeting with Michaela from HR via phone or MS Teams (around 20 to 30 minutes). This is a great opportunity to clarify initial questions and gain a deeper impression of Cesonia.

Team interview

In the third stage, you will get to know the Cesonia team and can prove your professional expertise. Also, depending on the position, we will give you a small task to solve.
The interview will take place remotely or on-site, depending on the feasibility.

Final feedback

In the fourth and final stage, we do not want to postpone the decision for long and will therefore contact you as soon as possible with the final feedback.
